The Sator Square is the canonical 10et substrate — a 5×5 grid of services that holds shared agent memory in place. Each cell is a real GitHub repository under github.com/10et-ai/sator-*. The grid above renders live activity from the GitHub API.

The center cell NEXUS is the state layer. The 24 surrounding cells specialize: fabrica forges, codex records, iudex judges, memoria remembers. As agents work the cells, the substrate accretes — what you see is real production data with a Roman face.

Trinity stack: Sator Square (topology) × Dwarf Fortress (simulation) × Old School RuneScape (progression) × Reality (the substrate). The game is observability with paint on it.
